To accelerate PCR reactions and reduce the risk of contamination, a nucleic acid amplification and detection system was developed, accompanied by the design of a specialized amplification reaction tube. The reaction tube features a three-layer structural design, with the middle layer being an injection-molded component and the two sides sealed with flexible film through thermal welding.
The main body of the reaction tube is made of PP (polypropylene) plastic, a material that does not interfere with PCR reactions, ensuring the accuracy of experimental results. The flexible film offers excellent elasticity and high-temperature resistance, facilitating efficient heat transfer. During the PCR process, the reaction tube's surface tightly conforms to the temperature control module, significantly improving temperature response speed.
In addition, the optical pathway design within the reaction chamber ensures precise coordination between the incident and reflective surfaces, enabling fluorescence signals to transmit along a specific path, thereby optimizing fluorescence signal collection. The lid features a multi-layer sealing design that effectively prevents the leakage of amplification products, minimizing the risk of contamination.
